I am using remote.conf for configuring my remote. My problem is that the longpress time is too soon. I want to increase it. So maybe the longpress is activated currently on pressing a button continuously for 500 ms and I want to change it to 2000 ms (2 sec). How can it be done?

No it doesnt.
What’s happening is that 2 successive key presses are being often mistaken by the system as a longpress. I need to set the timing such that the long press timing is much higher than the default.
