I have an Odriod C2 and it used to pass-through Atmos, but now it no longer seems to work. Unfortunately, I’m not sure when it stopped working. I haven’t been watching movies lately and just sat down and noticed that a known Atmos track was reporting multi-channel in, 7.1 on my Denon receiver.
I reset the audio settings and turned back on pass-through in Kodi, but it’s still reporting the same thing. The Denon receiver indicates it’s receiving PCM. I’m not sure if it happened during an update or something else.
I’ve tried changing the settings on the Denon as well to make sure one of the kids didn’t hit a button, but it does the same thing in both auto and pure mode.
Any tips?
