The log shows clear you have maybe a broken HDMI cable, CEC at TV disabled or the TV doesn’t support CEC at all. Or on your CE device the hardware is broken.

I have the same HDMI cable, the same setting of TV, the same TV LG CX and hardware Odroid N2+ without broken parts. On 9.2.5 CEC works perfectly but on highes no more. I am using 9.2.5 now and there is no problem. But I am worry from future because any addons may stop working with old KODI 18.

I don’t know, the log shows clear there is no answer on “ping” f0. I guess, you need to find the reason by yourself as it looks for me hardware related.

Edit: do your USB ports still working on the N2+?
Is USB Power in hardware section enabled?
Reboot after enable the option.

I will try take Odroid N2 to another LG TV. We will see.

I tried my Odroid N2+ with CoreElec 19.1 on older TV LG and CEC is working. It seems that problem is on my TV. Thank you very much for your support.
