Need to find a time to flash fresh Android to my device and see what is going on.

I just check and got same issue. Will inform the author of the tool.
Until it will be fixed you need to use SD card or USB stick.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Temporary solution is to flash Android firmware (to get working Android back) and use this version of ceemmc.
