Change feature, all cpu cores visibility

Hi, please validate if possible to change.

System info (KODI), if 8 cores are used (S912), usage of 4 CPUs are only visible (0-3), change formating to see all.

Kodi\Skin bug, not CoreELEC.

There was a pull request made to Kodi for this https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/14119

Not merged yet though.
