For the record, the three dashes are because you’re setting the resource locator “file://“ and joining it to a path “/this/is/my/path/“
The first two slashes are part of the resource locator and the third is part of the path.
You could theoretically use relative paths and have one that looked like “file://…/picon”, etc.
