Sure you can but it require some command line cmds. Just use the Kodi CE settings GUI and it will be fixed automatically. You can confirm it by the cmd: cat /flash/config.ini | grep cec_func_config if the semicolon are gone or not.
Ok trying to find a place to edit then will run command again
