Encrypted Physical Blu-Rays Not Playing

Yep, the disks are encrypted, because if I remove KEYDB.cfg and try to play the disk Kodi pops up a dialog saying:-

PlayBack Failed
This Blu-Ray disk is encrypted and can't be played.
