You need to replace faulty dtb somehow. You should have dtb.img_orig in CE flash partition.
How did you install CE with ATV? I’m only familiar with official ceeemc tool and can write instructions for it.
Yeap, I used ceeemc tool, just installed CE of a USB stick and then via putty terminal used ceeemc to instal to internal in dualboot mode
Ok, run CE from USB stick and open putty terminal. Then type
mkdir /media/ce_flash
mount -o remount,rw /flash
mount /dev/CE_FLASH /media/ce_flash/
cp /media/ce_flash/dtb.img_orig /media/ce_flash/dtb.img
umount /media/ce_flash/
mount -o remount,ro /flash
Shutdown, remove USB stick and then CE should boot from eMMC.
