After today’s update, hyperion.ng does not start.
Coreelec ng nightly.
I cannot access the configuration via www. Deleting the settings does not help.
After download to 21.1.1.114 - everything works

Fails with hardware acceleration enabled in 21.2.0.
In the latest nightly builds of 21.1, it was working…
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hello,
For a few days now, the hyperion.ng service has not started anymore. And I have the message “hyperiond: error while loading shared libraries: libzstd.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory”.

Indeed, this library is not available on coreelec

In your opinion, is it the latest version of Hyperion.ng that is not good or is it the system that is corrupted?

I have the same problem as @kenicsabi.

I updated to 21.2-Omega_nightly_20250224. After booting up I updated Hypeion.NG to 21.2.116 (2.0.16) and Hyperion isn’t running. I can’t access the webui and disable/enable and/or reboot doesn’t change anything.

I do not see anything meaningful in the logs.

Remove addon and install it again.

Thanks @vpeter, that worked.

I removed without removing settings and then re-installed and it recovered perfectly.
