I found a docker container for linphone and I want to use it to stream audio to my phone, but I'm unsure how to set it up. Would it even be possible?

So I came across this guide:

and this container:

But I’m not sure how to set it up or if it’s even worth trying. Can someone out there please help me figure this out?
