A question that has been on my mind for a long time,
does it make a difference if you boot from a micro-SD or an SSD?
If after booting a part of the RAM is used, it wouldn’t make any difference what you choose as boot medium.
That a SSD offers higher IOPS and thanks to Wear Leveling/ Garbage Collection/TRIM it is more durable and the price per GB is better than a “good” USB- Stickµ-SD with Wear Leveling,
I am aware of that but that is not what I am talking about
