ive disabled minimize black bars in kodi settings but when play movie it flashed at the bottom right screen its reducing bars,sometimes its only 1% but other its 33%,so the picture dosent look right ,i was using 19.5 rc2 but downgraded to 19.4 matrix to try and fix this but its still doing this,anyone else notice this and how to fix it
