No docker with my compile

version : 19.5 matrix rc2,I compile it but cannot find docker addon;but if I use the offical imge，I can find docker install pkg in addon;
And:

  1. how can I compile coreelec with docker app by default?
    2.how to set play screensaver(or a video) when start up
