Hi all,
A couple of weeks ago my C4 randomly started having problems playing 4k videos. The video will freeze for anywhere between a few milliseconds to a few seconds and then play smoothly for a few seconds and then go back to freezing. It isn’t buffering. I didn’t make any changes to any settings, install anything new, or even touch the box before it started happening. Yesterday I tried a hard reset (I was on 19.2rc2) and it did not make a difference. I then updated to rc3 and no dice.
Everything else is functioning properly and there are no problems playing 1080p.
Any advice is much appreciated, thank you!
