Passthrough broken?

I have a file which has a DTS-MA sound. When i use my HTPC with kodi i can select in the marantz (sr7011) what type of audio i would like, e.g. DTS-MA, Auro3D, Dolby Surround, etc.

With the coreelec image for my n2, i do not have all those options, e.g. DTS-MA is missing. So i guess something is wrong with the passthrough?

I enabled all passthrough options in the player configuration. Any ideas?

I had such a problem on my htpc with kodi too in the beginning, because the i3 was too new and there where no such up2date drivers available to provide this kind of passthrough.
