I did some testing today and had very strange (to me) results.

I set up a network on my CE TVH server and it failed to work. The muxes were seen but no services found.

I set up the same network on my PC and it worked, but … it stopped the DVB-S tuner from working!
The DVB-T tuner continued to work, as did the IP radio stations in the .m3u file.

I am just posting this in case someone might have a suggestion as to cause in either case.

I will check over the next few days to see if I can find reasons for such behaviour.
