Update: After installing new stable 9.2.6, 24hz is operating as normal. Micro jerks are gone.

I have since the penultimate update of nightly small micro jerks in 1080p / 4k movies.
My Setup: Ugoos Am6 to Yamaha RX-V4A via an HDMI 2.1 cable. The receiver is connected to Samsung Q80T via Hdmi 2.1 cable. The Am6 is connected via Cat 6 cable to my NAS. The average transfer rate is 108mbs according to iperf 3. Omv runs on the NAS and Plex is installed as Docker. As a Kodiplugin I use PlexKodiConnect to manage the media.
CoreElec runs in 1080p with 60hz, is also whitelisted. If I set 24hz I don’t get a picture anymore. I have to unplug the power cord from the box to have a picture again. According to the data sheet, the receiver supports 24hz. For the Samsung I could only find the data for 4k. There is also 24hz supported. What can I do about the micro jerks?
