Problems with audio output 24 Bit

Ugoos am6 PLUS S922X. Any audio content is output in 16 bits. I launch high res audio and check the output. S16LE. Please specify one more format in the audio driver - S32LE

FLAC cannot be bitstreamed. You can only bitstream\passthrough Dolby and DTS formats.

The driver specifies S16LE, S24LE and S32LE. Kodi must be filtering it out.
From what I could see, passthrough is automatically dialed in to S16LE.

There are no such problems on Intel and Libreelec. SPDIF is 24 bit

x86 platforms use a completely different set of audio Sinks. It’s just the way the ALSA sink has been written, at least as far as I can tell.
