Just a heads up on new kodi version bundled in 8.90.5. I noticed that playing most 4k media files in mkv containers no longer switches to the correct resolution on my Onkyo AVR. I just get a blue screen with the info OSD from the beamer showing 1080p res. Reverting back to 8.90.4 solves the problem. Sorry I cannot post logs since I needed the TV box in working order and didn’t think to do it.
No Logs = No Issue.
So when you get a log we’ll give it some attention.
