Source for Kernel Modules

Could someone kindly point me at the best place to get the following kernel modules?

pps_ldisc
pps_gpio
pps_core

Maybe you need to enable this two options and build your own image: CoreELEC/linux.aarch64.conf at coreelec-19 · CoreELEC/CoreELEC · GitHub

Thanks @vpeter. Read through the instructions for doing just that but honestly I am seriously outside my comfort zone for doing that, I was actually hoping to be able to grab or compile the pps_core.ko module from somewhere and then use insmod to use it.
