The corresponding translations are missing when using Kodi's general-purpose language packs

Currently, most language packs for CoreELEC primarily use Kodi’s online language packs, which can be downloaded directly. However, two issues have been identified so far:

  1. There is a discrepancy in the numbering of language packs between CoreELEC versions 21 and 22, with certain differences existing between them.
  2. For some unique settings of CoreELEC—such as specific configurations related to Dolby Vision—the corresponding translations are missing when using Kodi’s general-purpose language packs.

I have already translated the content for ce21 and ce22, but I can only add these translations to Kodi’s Chinese language pack. However, Kodi’s official language pack does not provide these items for me to translate. Where can I submit a PR for this?
