I was thinking of buying this box. Is there a general timeframe for when this will be officially supported by Coreelec please?
-2 months?
Thanks for this. Can I ask, which one of them has V10 upscaling non Dolby Vision content to Dolby Vision support? The list doesnāt mention this.
This is one of the main reasons I want the Ugoos SK1 as I messaged them and they said this is possible on that device
I finally got my sk1 setup and had a few questions:
Remote conf:
Is this the right one to use:
I saw posts with other conf files but they are much smaller in size. The one above it 342kb while the other conf files posted are 3kb. Reason I ask is I dont think I used the right one so the ur02 wasnt working for me.
^ Solved
Is there anything I should be doing? Its all pretty new to me. I saw a post saying to put the ādovi.koā file into the āandroid systemā is that required? Iāve not done anything with the Android stuff, just booted straight into CE.
Lastly, Iāve installed this onto a usb:
CoreELEC-Amlogic-ne.aarch64-22.0-Piers_nightly_20241111-Generic.img.gz
Is there a way to boot into the usb without doing the toothpick thing?
Thanks
Ah, Iām an idiotā¦got the conf now. I right clicked and saved, it was a bunch of links etc
Thanks frodo

Do the Ugoos SK1, AM8 Pro and other S928 devices have advantages on CoreElec compared to other devices? (image quality, speed, etc.).
Thanks

Ok thank you
Hi, is there a CE 22-Piers version with DV support for Ugoos SK1?
Thanks, Iāll have to wait.
The answer is yes.
Yes, but alpha not even nightly, right?
Can you enlighten me in which stage Kodi Piers is? I can help, not even Alpha 1 was released. Donāt mix nightly with Alpha, Beta an RC stages.
I use CE22 in all my daily devices.
@Vasco Are you talking to me?
Yes. I was just trying to explain that Piers is still in the early stages of development. Nevertheless, we have it in our NO nightlies. Itās basically stable although there are always things to polish and the occasional mishap. You should try it and see how it fits in you use case.
