VPN Manager fails to connect

Idk what’s wrong. But it won’t conect.
I’m using corelec 19

Check your credentials (username/password) and also verify if your account is still active (not suspended).

It is active not connected anywhere else, and I tried username as name or email both. Password I copy and paste it it so it has to be correct.

Also check that you do not have a second connection enabled or that your provider allows this.
