this add-on works fine with pvr.archive
but you have to rebuild the pvr iptv recorder add-on
because it is designed for pvr.simple
here some time ago I added a rebuilt addon for pvr.archive but cleared github and is no longer available.
if you want I can look into it and try to convert it for pvr.archive
