Take a look in your TV settings for āHDMI UHD Colorā and see if changing this setting for the port your device is plugged into make any difference.
Already activated it, it was available for my HDMI 1. So i enabled it, and moved my box to HDMI 1.
No change in behavior, still only wanna play in 1080p. Even tried to force 8 bit, but that didnāt change anything either.
From last dispinfo it looks like box received possible wrong edid infoā¦
Do you have another 4K TV to test this box or another amlogic box to connect to this TV?
Well i have a few boxes and a few TVs, just in different parts of the country. But yea, it have crossed my mind that my TV might just be retarded. Wont have the possibility to test it on another TV for some time tho. Might have another box on hand i could try out. Will try when i get back on Monday.
