Unknown USB device can sometimes indicate a driver issue.
Can you get access to another PC of a family member or friend to try?
the only other pc i have is a mac ox, do you have the driver?
The driver is installed during the installation of the USB Burning Tool, so something might not have installed correctly.
But without the ability to try another PC, the cable needs to be ruled out, so if you can get your hands on another one …
USB method:
Have you tried with box Powersupply connected?
Have you tried to remove/deinstall the device from Windows device manager before starting the tool?
SD method:

Try it with image and check after creation you have three files on the SDcard (IMG,UBOOT,INI). If yes, try to recover the box, maybe it works for you.
Just do as Portisch told you wayback and now rho-bot as well.

This have 6 pin, and there is no information on motherboard. Im trying to unbrick my android tv box, but I cant find this info
