Adding WiFi module

I would like to connect a USB3 TP-Link AC1300 Archer T3U Plus which uses the RTL8812BU chipset to my Odroid N2+ and have the following questions:

Is the RTL8812BU chipset driver included in CoreELEC 20-Nexus so it will work out of the box?

My N2+ already has an ethernet connection. Can I connect the WiFi module in addition to the ethernet connection and switch between them, or will it default to one or the other?

Will the WiFi be capable of running at USB3 speeds?

Thanks very much.

There is a 8812BU driver included, but I have had issues with it. 8812BU based devices are not the best choice IMHO.

Thanks for your feedback. Any thoughts on what high gain USB3 WiFi module would be a better choice?

Would also appreciate an answer to my main question: Can I connect the WiFi module in addition to the ethernet connection and switch between them, or will it default to one or the other?

You can chose to turn on/off each of the connections in CoreELEC settings.

Thanks very much Vasco.
