AM6B plus - ADB command - reset button doesn't work

Hey guys,

Just got my AM6B plus fresh out the box and the reset/upgrade button doesn’t work. Can someone walk me through running the ADB command? I couldn’t find a detailed how to actually run the ADB command.

Boot to Android and install Reboot-to-CoreELEC, then enable ADB in developer options.
Start the apk and use lower button to reboot for CE installation.
