AM6B+ UR-01 remote erratic behaviour

Hi

I am on CoreELEC 21.1.1-Omega_nightly_20250115 and have installed the remote.conf file from the Repository in /storage/.config/remote.conf following this source from the Wiki

I however don’t see the remote.conf file in file manager anymore after rebooting and every few seconds the remote either freezes (button presses aren’t registered) and the selection screen gets crazy as if i press buttons when i don’t.

The remote is connected by bluetooth but I also read somewhere it has IR capability so no idea which one is activated really and what is going on.

remote.conf is only of IR remote.
Use IR mode!

Sure.
I understand that to use IR mode I should just disable bluetooth, when I do that, no response to the remote control inputs.

From repository is in raw
Did you use nana or notepad++ and create CONF file

If its not there after reboot, then you copied to wrong side

Easier to use Windows network interface
Not that you cant do it through Kodi

I have completed a full reinstall of coreelec, seems to be sorted now, thanks
