Audio delay only for Dolby

I just bought a Denon x1800h. The media box running CE is connected via HDMI directly to the AVR.

For some reason I have to set a delay of -75ms when playing stuff with Dolby audio ( DD+, TrueHD etc,) to have perfect lip sync but for some reason none for DTS.

I know I can set up a fixed value for all videos but is there a way to setup separate values for Dolby and DTS ?

I just stopped CoreElec from switching refresh rate and play everything at 60hz. I let the TV handle judder and I don’t notice any issues.
This was the only way to consistently get proper lipsyncing.
