Beeling GT1 (S912) Frame Drops/Crashes on Video Resume

Hello, I’m having frame drops every 6 seconds or so on this video file:

I’m playing with the recommended settings with the plex addon, it’s not the server because it plays fine on my apple tv 4k and on the PC.
