Best way to do fresh install

Hi all,

I have an N2 with CE 19.4 on an eMMC. What’s the best way to do a fresh install? rename .kodi and reboot or is there a more preferred method.

You could try Reset CoreELEC to defaults or write a new image.

Maybe create a backup first.

That would be a partly fresh start but depending what you wanna do it’s a good idea to do it first.

systemctl stop kodi
mv .kodi .kodi.backup
systemctl start kodi
