Black screen when resume fron stand by on Dune Homatics 4k plus

Hi, i just installed coreelec 21 in a Dune Homatics R 4k plus and all work perfect , the only issue i have is when i turn on the TV fron stand by the Dune shows a black screen. The Dune is connected to my sound bar and the sound bar to the TV. I can hear the sound when i use the remote but i forced to power circle the device to work again.

Searching the web i found a similar issue solved adding
hdmi_force_hotplug=1 to the config.ini file but do not work in my case.

Try toggling sources instead of power cycling. Not a fix, but should be faster/more convenient

Just curious, does this happen when the box is left powered on? These boxes use so little power that it’s often easier to keep them powered on instead of trying to make them sleep or use a standby mode.

Hi, I have not made any modifications but the LED light goes from red to blue so the box wakes up, CEC does not work and the screen is black when I turn on the television.

I was reading now that the dune does not support stand by, so there is no way for CEC to work if I always keep it on, right? I mean, I have to turn on the television and select the corresponding input with the remote.

What? When you resume from standby it’s same as turn on from shut down…
Turn on by CEC by TV or by select the input on the TV.

Maybe i.m doing something wrong but if i shut down the device (the led light goes off) i cant turn it on with the remote, need to unplug and plug again the device. If goes to standby mode (red led light) when turn on (blue light) the screen is black and do not turn on my soundbar or tv…

I understand that standby is not supported. But i do not know how turn on the device if i shut it down.

The only option i have is let the device on everytime and turn the tv on with the tv remote and chage the input to the dune.

My friend has such a problem with his Nokia 8010; the workaround he uses is instead of turning off his box from CE he reboots to Android. Then when he shuts down his Nokia from Android he can turn it on with his remote.
