Bluetooth is disabled?

I’ve not changed anything in my setup and all of a sudden my Harmony remote connected via bluetooth dongle stopped working. I can see in the CoreELEC settings that it says bluetooth is disabled. I figured the dongle was really cheap and after a few years went bad.

Well, I bought another one and bluetooth is still dead and disabled. Any idea how to fix or what to try?

I assume the BT Service is enabled?

yes, it is enabled in the settings. it makes no sense how this all of a sudden started happening.
