Bluetooth/WIFI USB dongle issue Realtek

Hello there,
I bought for my friend a Bluetooth/WIFI dongle. Bluetooth is working but it can’t connect WIFI to my AP.
I know this is a recurrent issue with Linux. I can’t find in the recent previous posts a direct solution.
What I got
dmesg: https://paste.coreelec.org/oYNWf4
journalctl -l: https://paste.coreelec.org/aciSel

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 05e3:0620 Genesys Logic, Inc. GL3523 Hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0bda:c820 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. 802.11ac NIC
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05e3:0610 Genesys Logic, Inc. Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Is it possible to fix in an easy way or should I return the dongle?
Any help is welcome
Thank you

Edit: More info. I can see all the AP around but when I enter the password to connect to my network, CE doesn’t connect but shows the AP as idle.

Looks like nobody has an answer and I’d guess this dongle is not compatible with CE.
I’ll return it but I can’t find a compatibility list.
Any help?

There is no such thing.

You are right
but a pinned thread with users experiences could be a great start.
Provide device brand, reference, chip brand and reference, CE version, kernel version and the commands to show them. Maybe more info?
Add at the start of each post WORKING or FAILED
Is it a good idea?
If yes, could you start the thread, I will post the first experience.

I’ll return the dongle.
I had a look on another one, could you let me know your experience or thoughts.
I can’t find the chip info.
Description says it is for Linux as well. Do you think it will work WIFI and BT?
