Buzz TV Classic AI (SoC S905X5)

Got this box thinking (hoping) SoC inside is S905X5-J, but looks like it’s non-DV licensed S905X5:

Just for the heck of it, tried Ugoos AM9 Pro’s DTB with dovi.ko, and nothing… just stuck on Buzz TV logo. Next, tried Ugoos AM9’s DTB, which took me to recovery menu. Choosing ‘Apply update from SD card’ gave me errors:

This box doesn’t seem worth it. Looks like it’s designed for IPTV crowd. Any interest CE devs in seeing if a compatible DTB could be made for it? If so, please LMK what you need. Thanks.

Was just on here looking for info on the Formuler Z12 Ultra. I have the Buzz Tv Classic Ai coming in the mail end of week.

I do run an Ugoos AMB6+ with CoreElec. I’m hoping to see a way to use one box. Buzz and Formuler have the best IPTV app around.
