Can't get out of games

My powkiddy consolo has the SELECT + START buttons configured to exit games, but when i click on those bouttons somo of the games block and i have to turn off the console or restart it. When i turn on the console and select the game that has this problem, the game has not been saved. How can I solve this problem?
