CE 9.2.8 cannot play Webdav content

i have a TV box with coreelec 9.2.8, i can add the webdav source and browsing the contents. But playback for the video content will not work .

for other andorid/Mac with kodi nexus all working fine.

I cannot upgrade the TV box to a newer version of kodi, i cannot make it boot.
