AM6B+ users have reported the crash affects them too.
A Gemini Plus analysis of the attached log files concludes it’s a hard kernel panic/reset:
When Kodi’s demuxer passes the raw
dvvCconfiguration stream to the Amlogic video driver (amlvideo), the driver attempts to parse the RPU metadata and map it onto the HLG pipeline at 60 frames per second. The VPU encounters an unhandled register synchronization failure or a memory fence timeout, immediately forcing a hardware watchdog reset.
