There are two boot images of which you can easy change the first logo in
“boot-logo-1080.bmp.gz”. The second one cannot be changed easily…
I asked the same question a few months back and the answer at the end was that the CoreELEC team wants to ensure some branding, which is why we can no longer change the boot logo
