I don’t think any of the developers have samples of AVS + / AVS 2.0 content. Would it be possible for you to provide a short sample(just a 30 second clip is good) for the developers to use to look into this.

Under Android, the player of the system can play. Kodi recognizes music as only sound and video can’t be decoded

I’ve downloaded the sample file. Have the same issue of only having audio playback without showing video.
Myself or one of the other developers will take a look when one of us gets the chance to do so and see what we can do about getting AVS + / AVS2.0 playback to work properly if possible.
@newsen, do you have more than one sample of AVS2 files?
At least Kodi 18.5 on Win/Mac and VLC 3.0.9 is not capable of video decoding AVS2. MKVToolNix 41.0 can’t find the video track, MediaInfo says the file extension is invalid and ffmpeg says: “Unsupported codec”.

For now avs+ can be playbacked by CE on amlogic, but avs2 not.
Guangdong Mobile IPTV HD channel is transmitted by AVS + but cannot be played
In Android environment, use HDP IPTV software decoding mode to select the system, which can play avs2.0 IPTV normally, AVS + can be played in coreelec, and avs2 has no image
