Do you really think someone else beside you has this device? And then you are asking about internal tuner whish really has not much support anyway. And you didn’t rovide any info about this tuner.
There is one thread which is trying to ass support for internal tuners on some devices.

So, according to what you’re saying, satellite channels can’t be operated on coreELEC on a device gt combo 4k?

What they are trying to tell you.

  1. We have no idea what that box is.
  2. When asked you have no clue what hardware that box contains.
  3. Device support is based on physical hardware not brand name on the device.
  4. Tuning support barely works in CE in general.

Given you can’t tell us what actual hardware is in it, soldered on the board, and tuning support barely works on known and supported devices then your chances of it working for you are very very low.

But without knowing what it is there is no way to answer your question.

No, device is not supported.
You can add support and make a PR so we include it in CoreELEC.
