Coreelec with IR remote on Vontar x4

Hi guys,

I’m pretty to new to all this so please excuse the probably dump question.

I managed to start coreelec on my Vontar x4 but the IR remote I have for it is not working.

Could any1 be so kind to point me to a howto on how to proceed ?

Copy the downloaded remote.conf file (inside the .zip) to root:
https://wiki.coreelec.org/remote:rr_install

Or

Paste to:
/storage/.config/

or (SMB network…from Windows)

Paste to:
\\your_COREELEC_IP_Address\Configfiles

Reboot device
