Hi I went into system info menu today to check the temps and I noticed that my cpu speed has dropped from 1500 to 1000mhz. Is the speed variable? I’ve only ever seen it at 1500mhz before now,

Depending on the Governor setting if the processor has low demand it will fall back to lower speeds. It doesn’t seem to be thermal throttling since your temp is below 50C.

Ok thanks! I was worried there might be a problem with it. Temps shouldn’t be a problem, I’ve modded it with a heat sink and 5v fan. 49/50c is about the highest it gets. it just needs to last a little bit longer untill i can upgrade to the N2
