Disable NIC (Network interface controller) Internal

I just got a new usb NIC external so I want to turn off the internal NIC, currently I use the command ifconfig eth0 down which works but not permanently, I want a way to turn it off permanently, thank you

Try in CE settings, I think there is a option to turn off wired and wireless lan.

Yes, it turnoff all wired network interface include internal and external, i want disable only eth0 (internal NIC) not eth1( External NIC)
