PHICOMM T1 can not boot CoreELEC

LibreELEC S912 does not have 32bit: sob:
LibreELEC for S912 is only 64-bit.
CoreELEC S912(T1) is also unable to boot. There is no DTB: sob:

Can you help me make phocomm T1 for CoreELEC?（DTB）
