Forced subtitles issue

Greetings
I have a problem with some MKV videos.
In practice, the subtitles appear double (two lines on the screen)
They are in the same language, identical.
If the sentence is long they overlap.
I’m talking about forced subtitles.
On the PC it only happens if I activate the subtitles, if I disable them you only see the forced ones and only once.
on coreelec i disabled the subtitles, but the forced ones are double

On which device and on which CE version?
Kodi 20 RC1 somehow handles subtitles different than former versions. On RC1 I also had double subtitles on streams (Disney+, not on .mkv videos) so I had to disable “Forced Subtitles” to display only single normal/external subs…
