Just wanted to give a shoutout to the CoreELEC team. I just watched a horrible, but technically impressive movie from once esteemed director Ang Lee. My ODROID N2 played the 60fps movie flawlessly (9.2.1) and in stunning HDR.
The movie’s the best “stress test” for your device. Too bad there aren’t any real standout scenes other than the dirt bike sequence.
Can only agree,
The device is truly amazing, streaming without any issues what so ever:
passthrough audio to a soundbar (not sure if that’s a demanding task tho)
Bitrate 86 261 kbps
Size 72220MB
and yeah we don’t have to talk about the movie lol.
Same here. On odroid with the latest nightly 20200115 audio is out of sinc both via soundbar and the tv (Lg c8).
Also out of sync on Panasonic TV gx 810. and on both TV’s there are stutters in video.
yes tested on my lg e7 bypass amp same problem . seems like n2 got a problem playing 60fps file could the team look into this please tested with stable and nightly same results.
same here. Both Gemini man and Billy Lynn are 60fps and got the same problem on odroid N2 with stable 9.2.1 and the latest nightly. Pls devs have a look at this problem.
i am all good now call it a blessing in disguise my n2 would not boot after update to latest nightly so i did a clean install back to the emmc. all my issues resolved 60fps plays fine now.
