Gigabit Lan on Beelink GT1 Ult

Hello, i I’ve got a Beelink Gt1 Ultimate running CE 9.2.5 and have a Problem for quite some time but finally time to look into.

Directly after reboot of either the device or the rooter I do get full speed (1000baseT on NW tested with iperf ~942 Mbits/s and whatever the USB Ports are capable off 40MB/s+). But after some time it does fall down (router does show 100baseT and so I am limited to ~11MB/s). This does happen on my Modem-Router as well as dedicated EA8500 with OpenWRT.

It might be some kind of energy saving feature (which would be generally ok), but it does need to switch back when there is some decent activity on the nw.

So anyone experienced that? Got an idea to try? Imho it should be solved on the device rather the routher, but I dunno, f.e. I get: ethtool -r eth0
-> Cannot restart autonegotiation: Operation not supported
Afaik from prev. other informations it has an: https://www.semiconductorstore.com/cart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=50721

Directly after restart:

Hm, I will test the cable tough it’s a Cat7 cable with Cat6 Adapter. Else, should I just force autoneg off?
